RIDGETOP DEVELOPMENT, INC.

     This Montecito home, on the sand at "Sea Meadows", is an excellant example of the successful co-ordination of project design, home-owner involvement, and the abilities of the builder.  At Ridgetop Development, Bill Chappell, brings over 30 years of experience in the building of homes.  With a desire to "build his own house one-day", Bill became a carpenter in 1977.  His passion and knowledge of building developed rapidly; Bill received his California Contractors Licence #405987 in 1981.  For the last 14 years, Ridgetop Development has been working exclusively in the Montecito/Santa Barbara area.
